Dear Parents,
We are still in need of volunteers for Field Day on Friday! If we are unable to secure more volunteers for Face Painting in the AM and PM, we will have to cancel that station. We are also in need of volunteers for the large group activities in the cafeteria and gym. There is only one session in the AM on Field Day from 9:35-10:20 (grade 4) and two sessions in the PM from 1:30-3:00 (grades 3 and 5). There are also spaces left for GoNoodle dance party in the AM and PM, as well as Fitness Bingo in the AM and PM. We are also looking for one more pop up canopy to be set up on Field Day morning. If you have one to drop off or help set up, please let us know.
YOUR ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED TO ENSURE THAT OUR SPECIAL DAY'S EVENTS CAN TAKE PLACE. If you can spare anytime at Waverly on Friday in these areas of need, please email Ms. Heisey at lauren_heisey@hcpss.org.
